These pancakes are so easy to make, and so good for you! The only ingredients that you need for the actual pancakes are eggs and bananas! No wheat or dairy, and full of protein. See below for the recipe…
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 large banana
- mix ingredients together well (either in a blender, or first mash up the banana really well, and then mix in the eggs)
- heat pan on medium, and coat with coconut oil (or other oil of choice)
- add batter to pan in small amounts, wait 30 to 60 seconds, and flip!
- add whatever toppings your heart desires! I added cinnamon, blueberries, pineapple and pure maple syrup. Next time I am going to smother them in almond butter, hemp hearts and maple syrup.
