I like to make this parfait either for breakfast or as a quick snack. It’s so simple to put together and the different flavours and textures (sweet from the vanilla yogurt and blueberries, crunchy and salty from the granola) means it fulfills a lot of cravings all at the same time, while also being pretty healthy.
- Handful of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup of yogurt (I prefer vanilla, greek and with fat)
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds/hearts
- 1/2 cup of Pumpkin Flax Granola, I’m hoping to make my own granola to substitute into this easy breakfast next time
All you need to do for this dish, is toss all these ingredients in a bowl then eat it. Super easy, very tasty and quick 🙂
