For the month of April, we will be featuring, Feel the Lean, an eBook by Loni Jane. If you haven’t heard of this Australian foodie, I would suggest visiting her Instagram for a peak into her lifestyle. Not only is she an amazing photographer, she has changed her life by modifying her diet which is pretty cool – she is all about carbs and bananas.
Feel the Lean follows a mostly raw, high carb, low fat vegan lifestyle, and includes information on meal planning, what to shop for, skin care, travelling tips and more. I think a purely raw diet is hard for people to wrap their head around (myself included) and sometimes even harder to adapt into their lifestyle, so I’m really interested in giving more raw food a shot. For anyone who prefers warm meals for lunch and dinner, she also includes cooked dishes, so not to worry!
This book JUST came out (March 30), so I’ll be learning as I go, but at first read I am very excited. The recipes look simple, easy to follow and delicious!
