Almond Butter Hemp Seed Toast

This toast makes a great breakfast or snack! The almond butter and hemp hearts make a complete protein; the cinnamon helps to regulate blood sugar and can reduce cravings; and the honey is anti-bacterial and actually helps with blood sugar regulation too! And best of all, it is delicious πŸ™‚

INGREDIENTS

  • gluten free bread – I use the brand Silver Hills
  • almond butter
  • hemp hearts
  • cinnamon
  • banana
  • honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast bread
  2. Layer ingredients in order listed. If you’re feeling cute, cut the banana slices into hearts πŸ˜›
