I’ve always preferred blueberries over raspberries, but lately I’ve been loving this combination. The tartness of the raspberry is really fresh for summer, and you’re getting fibre, folate, vitamin C and extra goodies from the berries.
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 raw banana
- 2 cups of water
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend, blend, blend 🙂
