Egg Avo Tomato Salad

FullSizeRenderEnjoy this salad for breakfast or as a side for dinner!  It’s easy to make, with ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen right now!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 -2 boiled eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil 1 or 2 eggs (7 minutes for a soft boil, 10 for a hard boil)
  2. Cut up all ingredients into bite sized pieces and mix together
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
