Enjoy this salad for breakfast or as a side for dinner! It’s easy to make, with ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen right now!
- 1 -2 boiled eggs
- 1 avocado
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- Boil 1 or 2 eggs (7 minutes for a soft boil, 10 for a hard boil)
- Cut up all ingredients into bite sized pieces and mix together
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
