Broccoli Bowl

This dish is obviously really healthy, but it tastes great too! Broccoli is so good for you, with just 1 cup of it providing 100% of your daily need of vitamin C and K, and this meal is a wonderful way to load your body up with it!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1/2 to 1 avocado
  • Tomatoes (any kind)
  • 1 egg
  • Tamari (a gluten free soy sauce)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces and steam until soft
  2. Cut avocado and tomatoes into bite sized pieces and add to steamed broccoli
  3. Top with a fried or poached egg
  4. Drizzle with tamari
